Sadie Street Records is a service-based independent record label and creative agency based in Long Beach, California. These terms govern your use of our website, our products, and our services.
Buying stuff.
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason — pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud — and refund you in full if we do. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate but can’t guarantee everything on the site is error-free.
Services.
If we’re working together on a service engagement (artist services, creative direction, marketing, etc.), the specifics of that work — scope, fees, timelines, deliverables — will be covered in a separate written agreement between us. These terms cover your use of the website only.
Your account.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login information secure and for everything that happens under your account.
Content and submissions.
Everything on this site — text, images, audio, design — belongs to Sadie Street Records or the artists we work with, unless otherwise noted. Don’t copy or repurpose it without permission. If you submit something to us (a demo, a message, feedback), you’re confirming you have the right to send it and giving us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. We won’t use submitted demos commercially without a separate agreement. We’re not obligated to treat submissions as confidential, and we may independently develop, commission, or work on material similar to what you send — sending us a demo doesn’t create any obligation or partnership between us unless we put one in writing.
Conduct.
Don’t use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or obnoxious to other people. We can suspend or terminate access if you do.
Third-party links.
We sometimes link to other sites. We’re not responsible for what’s on them.
No warranties.
We provide the site and products “as is.” We do our best, but we don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sadie Street Records is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
