Shipping Policy

The basics.

We ship most orders within 3–5 business days. Some items — particularly made-to-order merch — take longer to produce and may ship 7–14 business days after your order is placed. Production and shipping times are listed on each product page when they vary.

Where we ship.

We ship within the United States and to a growing list of international destinations, including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and more. Domestic shipping is a flat rate by order weight, and free on orders over $75. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated live at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s real-time pricing.

Once it’s out the door.

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery times after that are in the hands of the carrier — we’ll do what we can if something goes sideways, but we can’t control what happens in transit.

International orders.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Your country may charge import fees before delivery — we can’t estimate these, so please check your local rules before ordering. These fees vary by country and are collected by your local carrier or customs office.

Lost or damaged packages.

If a domestic order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us at sadiestreetrecords@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with you to make it right. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days from the ship date before reaching out, since international transit and customs can run long. In either case, if a carrier investigation is needed, we may wait for it to close before issuing a refund or replacement.
