What we accept.
Unworn, unwashed merch in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Records and physical media can be returned within 30 days only if unopened, or if they arrived defective.
What we can’t take back.
Made-to-order items (including most print-on-demand merch) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is noted on the product page. Opened records, digital downloads, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
How it works.
Email sadiestreetrecords@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on. We’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — in which case it’s on us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items.
Send a photo with your email and we’ll replace it or refund you. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.
